About Johnsonville Library at Waitohi Hub
Johnsonville Library at Waitohi Hub is the largest branch library in the north of Wellington City. It is a popular destination as it offers library services, a cafe, a preschool and the pool. The library itself has a makerspace and recording studio for public use.
The Hub is named for the Waitohi stream which passed through Johnson's clearing at the intersection of Trafalgar Street and Moorefield Road where Frank Johnson had erected his mill's water tank.
