About Te Whare Pukapuka o Ōtaki | Ōtaki Library
Ōtaki Library is at the centre of its bilingual town and has a warm, welcoming vibe. It has strong Māori collections which are well used by the community and by Te Wananga O Raukawa students.
The library offers its own Ihiihi Tamariki play sessions for toddlers, te reo drop-in sessions, and forms an integral part of Ōtaki's town celebration of Matariki and Te Wiki o Te Reo Māori.
The Ngā Wawata space is a haven for local artists, and the community garden and seed library, Pātaka Kākano, offers kai and collaboration with Ngā Hapu o Ōtaki.
