Paparoa Community Library is tucked behind the medical centre in Paparoa. Volunteer run for over 150 years.

Kaipara Libraries have a weekly book exchange so you can borrow any item from any of our five libraries and choose which library to pick it up at - all free of charge. Free wifi is available outside the building 24/7. Kaipara Libraries are fines free and fees free.
